The body does not lie..
The body does not lie.
This is my new motto (prayer, mantra or whatever you prefer).
When I cheat and have some cooked, salty, overly fatty or badly combined food, my body is quick to let me know that I've strayed off the optimal dietary path. Symptoms of its distress are plainly obvious for anyone no longer used to these discomforts. The body does not lie.
When I don't sleep properly or enough, my body quickly unleashes the dark-circles-under-the-eyes-hounds to nip at my insommoniac, night-owl ways. The body does not lie.
When I don't exercise enough or consistently, Ms Flabby-must-be-jelly-cos-jam-don't-jiggle-like-that suddenly starts looking back at me in the mirror. The body does not lie.
When I don't get enough sun, surprise, surprise I actually start blending in with other dark side of the moon walkers and other critters that live where the sun don't shine. The body does not lie.
Now, when I eat properly, otherwise known as the optimal human diet or 811rv for short, my body feels light, hydrated, energetic and with no distresses while digestively processing the in, during or out. The body does not lie.
When I've had a blissful night's rest (I love my bed) is my body ever grateful and it lets me know it! The body does not lie.
When I move my body properly, frequently and it gets to happily express itself-the tales it tells! The body does not lie.
When it gets to breathe fresh air and soak up the sun's warm rays in a beautiful natural setting-wow, heaven on earth! The body does not lie.
Look around you, look at other people, look at yourself. Everybody's BODY speaks the truth about one's past, present and even future to a large extent.
What bodily truths have you observed?

tout a fait vrai ce que tu dis (meme si je ne comprend pas tousles mots lol.).
le moindre petit écart et le corps te le fais comprendre. je pense que mon corps est beaucoup plus intelligent que mon cerveau.
