About Me

My photo
My life's purpose is best described by: Be the change you want to see in the world: Gandhi. Smiling is my "botox"-FORGET THE DRUGS AND SURGERY. I spice up my life, not my diet, which is SIMPLY DELICIOUS on its own. KISS: I Keep it simple sugars-from whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic fruits (veggies, some nuts/seeds too). The 811rv motto is: simplicity at mealtime, variety throughout the year. My motto is: I live in my own little world, but it's ok they all know me there. At some point, you have to realize that some people can stay in your heart, but not in your life.

Pictures of Costa Rica

(Mad-Eyed) Moody being transported to our place.

My fruit safe.

The fruit of cacao and sapote.

Some Sapote fruit with cacao (I eat the sweet creamy fruit surrounding the seeds) and bananas in the background.

Last, but not least is my cabin in the jungle.

Serious question: Is cacao that "raw chocolate"? Isn't Dr. Graham opposed to that for some reason? Why? Thanks.

The answer to your question can be found in my post "Sorry Chocolate Lovers". Hope this helps. Ciao

Thanks for that. I just found your blog recently, and am using it for inspiration. So how long are you staying in Costa Rica?

Thank you Atwell, I hope my blog is useful for you. I spend several months in Costa Rica every year to get away from Québec's harsh winters. Unfortunatly, I'll still have some when I get back, but much less.
